She emphasized the importance of avoiding tobacco, mava, smoking, and other addictive habits that can increase the risk of cancer, while encouraging young people to adopt healthier habits such as yoga, exercise, and reading. Dr. Rathod also provided valuable guidance on cancer causes, warning signs, prevention, and the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
